RiverSide Selection is a recruitment agency based in Richmond, Surrey. We specialise in high quality search and selection predominantly for the Healthcare Communications business; sometimes referred to as Pharmaceutical Communications or PharmaComms. If you’d like to know more about this business, or how to make a start in it please go to the OUR BUSINESS page on this website and have a look at the specialist areas to see which one suits your skill-set.
We've designed this website in a way that tells people about our business and hopefully that will attract more people to join it. The talent-pool for candidates in Healthcare Communications is not a large one, so it's our aim to fill it up a bit.
If you find an area of the business that you like the sound of, go to CURRENT JOBS and see if there's anything there that suits your personality and skill-set.
RiverSide Selection was born in 2001 with the intention of supplying an honest and straightforward recruitment service to the Advertising industry. What actually happened is that a client told us in a meeting that the most difficult people that he had to recruit were good Medical Writers and that’s what set us off down the road to Healthcare Advertising / Communications.
Since then RiverSide Selection has become one of the most successful, and certainly the best, Healthcare Communications specialist agencies in the UK.
We supply two types of service, permanent recruitment and freelance / interim recruitment; both services are usually supplied on a contingency basis although we occasionally work on a retained basis to find staff for certain of our clients, which means that we will seek to find suitable candidates from agencies with whom we do not do business. What we do not do is headhunt from our clients. Our clients are our partners – and you don’t steal from your partners.
Our philosophy is that we’ll do your recruiting and leave you to do what you do best – run your business. You can trust us to find candidates that suit your company, and not to try and tempt them out with a better offer a year or so later.
We work on the principle that brilliant people aren’t brilliant everywhere, so it’s our job to work out which candidates are going to work out for which client.
